TaDa – Building the Future on Solid Foundations
12 / 01 / 2026

TaDa has been making a name for itself as an innovative content provider for some years now. Successful brand building has been reinforced through its attendance at all the major iGaming exhibitions with its unique portfolio showcased through TaDa’s on-stand Experience Zone.

Kicking off its 2026 global roadshow at Booth 2S70, ICE, Barcelona this 19-21 January, delegates can experience the unique fish-shooting titles, new gamification tools and 200+ portfolio to discover what working with TaDa means for ambitious casino operators.

In an exclusive interview with Yogonet, Bryam Jacquet, Business Development Manager, TaDa Gaming, discusses how the milestones and successes of 2025 are the foundation for 2026’s strategic growth plans and what delegates can expect at ICE from the innovative provider.

What ‘building blocks’ did you put in place across 2025 and how will they impact your 2026 strategy?

Across 2025, we put strong frameworks in place, especially through our successful licencing applications: and we secured significant extensions to our distribution through new partnerships and collaborations.

Obtaining the UK Gambling Commission licence (UKGC) was a milestone in early 2025. It not only opened up one of the most valuable regulated iGaming markets for us but it significantly boosted TaDa’s credibility with operators and partners globally.

Following up this with the Ontario AGCO licence in October has further extended our reach, enhanced brand awareness and created opportunities in important new jurisdictions.

Adding globally renowned certifications to our roster clearly showcases us as a safe and trustworthy provider. Alongside our existing licences from the MGA (Malta), Hellenic Gaming Authority, Romanian ONJN and the Swedish Spelinspektionen, as well as certifications including for Italy, Portugal and Brazil through bmm, GA and GLi, we are actively transforming compliance into a competitive edge. 2026 will focus and further expand on this within our pipeline of new licence applications.

This compliance has already facilitated integrations through Relax Digital, IGT Digital Partnership, Light & Wonder Inc. and SkillOnNet in the UK. Across 2026, our commitment to scaling in regulated markets alongside ongoing certification for emerging ones is already giving operators great confidence in our global integrations that deliver success from the first click or spin.

Our strategic distribution and aggregation partnerships create a multi-channel foundation for us, spreading risk and increasing cross-market game availability. For 2026, building in cross-regional operational resilience to enhance new client signings and servicing is a key strategy.

In addition, new partnership channels will extend beyond core B2B operators to include media outlets, affiliate marketing networks and other key ecosystem stakeholders, reinforcing the overall efficiency of the value chain we have created.

So, regulation, compliance and expert localisation through our ‘glocalisation’ strategy were the building blocks for 2025’s success: these will continue to shape our 2026 strategy, product and portfolio growth.

Your portfolio is currently offering 200+ titles. Which games saw success in 2025 and why?

Very strong performers included the TriLuck™3 Coin Golden Ox and Hit the Cash™’s Joker Coins. Both titles saw significant engagement across all metrics in Europe, with Joker Coins enjoying 146% uplift in deposits and 300% uplift in DAUs and New Player sign up within the first three months of release.

The feature combination for both series – ‘3 pots’ with TriLuck™ and multipliers/Lock & Respin/jackpots for Hit the Cash™ – taps into players’ desire to see more inter-triggering bonuses and features to give complete gaming experiences.

In Brazil, our bespoke Lucky series has also been a bit hit across all releases. Polished graphics, cascading reels and resonant themes have seen bonus and feature development with each new title to respond to the increasing sophistication of local players.

Following the success of Lucky Jaguar, we launched the sequel which delivered 1,600% uplift in bets wagered; 1,400% uplift in DAUs; and 4,000% uplift in new player sign up between May and October 2025, while subsequent titles are also hitting similar figures.

As always, our Fortune Gems series delivered exceptional numbers especially with our new500’ concept. This involves a fourth bonus reel the gives either multiplier values up to 500x or a nudge that can activate a multiplier wheel for up to 11 multiplier grabs ranging from 2x up to 50x.

The extracted multipliers are added together and applied to the total win. Our latest slot to use this feature is new release Fortune Yuri 500, which is also our first celebrity branded game.

Fortune Yuri 500 is a new direction for you; can you tell us a bit more?

As part of our marketing strategy, we partnered with leading streamer Yuri Brida, aka @yuri22, in Brazil. This collab saw 5,000,000 total views and 225 minutes of game livestreams in July 2025 alone, so we knew we had the right platform with the right partner going forward.

Yuri’s distinctive appearance and very energetic presentation style made him a great subject as the main character symbol. However, we knew the game had to deliver more than just “celebrity” branding.

Ensuring real substance in the gameplay made us go with the Fortune Gems style and ‘500’ mechanism to give the game mass appeal. It’s early days, but we are already seeing significant engagement and feedback is very positive.

2026 will see us further develop the celebrity branded concept and deepen our player centric product development to improve both engagement and our data collection.

Furthermore, our fish-shooting titles are especially relevant for this style of streaming presentation and Yuri has also delivered some impressive figures with Mega Fishing. Maybe his next starring role in a game will be underwater!

How important are fish-shooting titles for TaDa’s 2026 growth strategy?

As we are the No. 1 provider for fish-shooting games, they are a key component in our overall offering. Alongside being fantastic entertainment, they create both differentiation for operators in a crowded market and quickly attract a younger demographic to iGaming, which is great news for player acquisition strategies.

Our data show that fish-shooting consistently deliver longer session times and higher repeat visits without creating spend migration from slots. Wherever we have launched our shooting, arcade or fish-shooting games in established regions, from Brazil to North America and most recently the UK, we have seen this reaction from players.

Our deep research and expert glocalisation means each game is tailored for each market: so we launched in the UK with shooting game Boom Legend: in the U.S.A. with Fortune Zombie which was specifically designed for this market; and across Latin America with Mega Fishing to ensure easy onboarding for new players.

What is the expected impact of TaDa promoting these games at ICE, Barcelona?

For those operators who are not familiar with fish-shooting, shooting or arcade games, when they visit our stand and play, they are always convinced within a very short space by the impressive and immersive gameplay. This hands on approach leads to quick understanding that fish-shooting is not a novelty but a serious retention driver and the next evolution in player engagement.

At our stand 2S70, ICE, Barcelona, we will be highlighting Fortune Zombie 2 and the 3D title, Boom Legend to reinforce the experience. We also have a number of new titles in production, so 2026 will see us continue to drive awareness of these unique games through exciting campaigns and new releases.

When we attended our first ICE in 2024, we were a new company with a new product. Subsequently, through our commitment to regulation and licencing, nurturing long-term partnerships with leading operators and delivering sustainable growth strategies, we have put down solid foundations in the industry. This provides a great basis for our future development, moving us on as a business as ‘one to trust’.
